There are different types of dimensions of health. Health can be promoted by promoting healthy activities such as regular exercise and adequate sleep, as well as reducing or avoiding unhealthy activities or conditions such as smoking or excessive stress. Different definitions of health have been used in different ways over time. Some factors that influence health are due to individual choice, such as engaging in risky behavior, while others are due to structural reasons, such as whether society is organized in a way that makes it easier or more difficult for people to achieve It happens.
